This class offers conditioning exercises, 60-minutes using tubes, weights, body bars, bands and exerballs with your own resistance to target every muscle group.

A 30-minute class to tighten and tone and firm those problem areas.

Fun Fitness

This class is geared for anyone. Teaching a basic step format along with movement on the floor with balancing and abdominal strengthening, making fitness fun!

Hills & Sprints

A 30-minute spin class of nothing but hills and speed.

Kick Boxing

Kick, punch, and jab your way to a motivating, heart pumping workout.

Pilates

This class focuses on abdominal & back strengthening through isometric strength training, stretching and yoga. This class will increase your strength as well as your flexibility. There is a strong emphasis on relaxation techniques that can be used all day, every day.

Power Cycle/Spin

A half hour of spinning - get a cardio blast in 1/2 hour.

Power Step

Combine some high-intensity power moves with great choreography to the high energy step class, and you get power step.

Silversneakers

This is a specialized class offered by Secure Horizon Insurance 65 and older that is open to all our members. This is a seated class that is designed for seniors. We will be using tubes and weights to help tone muscles. An excellent class with individuals that want to move, but have trouble with impact classes.

Spin'N Go

A 30-minute spin class - GREAT 30 minutes cardio buster.

Spinning

A group cycling class where you ride the hills, race each other, and before you know it the 45-minutes are up. An excellent workout!

Step

This class challenges you a bit - it is filled with motivating music and lots of energy (30-minutes)

Step 'N Go

This is a 30-minute - "get your cardio in and go" class. Perfect for those on the "go"!!

Step/Combo/Sculpt

This is a 90-minute class that takes the basic step/combo a step further by adding more weight and resistance training.

Tai Chi/Chi Gong

An ancient chinese form of exercise combining slow, flowing movements with mental focus and deep breathing. Great for fitness, relaxation, and concentration.

Yoga

This class focuses on stretching and toning techniques in conjunction with relaxation exercises.
